Navigating through the form

  • Once you have completed the first two eligibility pages, you may move freely throughout the application form.
  • Each page includes a Form Navigation panel that provides direct links to every section of the application. Select a link to jump directly to the desired page.
  • You can also use the Next Page and Previous Page buttons located at the top and bottom of each page to navigate through the form.
  • To leave a partially completed application, select Save and Close and log out.
  • When you log back in, select My Submissions at the top of the screen to view all applications you have started or submitted.
  • You can reopen your draft application and continue from where you left off.
  • You may download a PDF copy of your application at any time, whether it is in draft or submitted status. Select Download PDF at the bottom of the final page of the application form.
  • Please save your work regularly throughout the application process.

Submitting your application

  • A Review and Submit button is located at the bottom of the Navigation Panel. You must review your application before submission.
  • Once you have reviewed your application, select Submit from the top or bottom of the page, or from the Navigation Panel.
  • You will not be able to submit your application until all mandatory questions have been completed and any validation errors have been resolved.
  • After submitting your application, you will no longer be able to edit your responses or upload additional supporting documents.
  • Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your application attached. This email will be sent to the email address used to register your account.

Most internet browsers, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Safari, have built-in spell-checking functionality that can be enabled through your browser settings.

  • If you do not receive a confirmation email, you should assume that your application has not been successfully submitted.
  • Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if the confirmation email does not appear in your inbox.

Attachments and Supporting Documents

  • You will be required to upload supporting documents as part of your application. To do this, ensure the files are saved on your computer or another storage device before you begin.
  • Allow sufficient time for each file to upload before attaching another document.
  • Individual files can be up to 25 MB in size. However, we recommend keeping files below 5 MB where possible to reduce upload times and improve system performance.
